In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information and passwords and security data.

We collect personal information that you provide to us when registering at the Sites expressing an interest in our products and services, when participating in activities on the Sites or otherwise contacting us (for example for support).

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

Credentials. We collect passwords and similar security information used for authentication and account access.

Health data. In rare circumstances we may collect health data to provide our services. For example if users have additional requirements due to having problems hearing and/or seeing and provide this information to us so we can provide sufficient support.

In Short: Some information — such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Sites.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Sites. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your lP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Sites and other technical information. In Short: We process your information for purposes based on our legitimate business interests and compliance with our legal obligations. In the rare circumstances we may collect health data from you, we rely on our need to evidence our legal obligations in the event of claims.

We use personal information collected via our Sites for a variety of purposes:

  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Fulfil and manage your orders and transactions. We may use your information to fulfil and manage your orders and other transaction-related activities made through the Sites.
  • Request Feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Sites.
  • To protect our Sites. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Sites safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

  • Legitimate Interests. We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests, which are the provision of our services and the matters noted above.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

  • We may share your data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. 5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the United Kingdom. If you are accessing our Sites from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?" above), in other countries.

Personal data will be kept for the duration of the Agreement or until expiry or termination of the user's account (unless a longer retention period is required by law).

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Sites is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area and other areas of the world, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

In some regions (like the European Economic Area), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, though these are subject to exemptions. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure of your personal information; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) to challenge our legitimate interests; (v) to object to direct marketing and/or profiling; and (vi) if applicable, to data portability. Account Information: If at any time you would like to review or change the information in your account, deactivate your account or request termination of your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms & Conditions and/or comply with legal and audit requirements.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT—TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
